Return Or Exchange (Inside INDIA)
For Returns and Exchanges - Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone since your order delivery and you have not initiated the refund/Exchange request, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Undamaged and Resalable products having tags and original packaging will be eligible for Return/Exchange. Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the products returned or exchanged.
In case of Apparels:
- Products having size issues have to be returned unused and undamaged with original tags in place. We recommend our size chart be checked carefully while placing the order.
- Exchange of products for a different colour can be done from the available stock only.
1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Inner garments and Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
2.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Or Exchange (INTERNATIONAL ORDER)
If you are not happy with the Product or any damage or any missing items or any difference from original displayed image, we shall refund your money. Original Product has to be Returned back to our U.S ware house, and shall send you a prepaid shipping label once you raise a return Request. Upon Receipt of the Order, we shall refund your total amount including Shipping. Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange for International Orders.
